For the final month of the year, we’ve chosen a lot that sparkles with energy - the kind of coffee that feels like sunlight cutting through a cool morning. We’ve roasted it lighter than usual, letting its natural character shine with a clarity that borders on gemstone-bright.

This is a coffee for those who enjoy chasing flavour: sharp yet sweet, delicate yet full of life.

This coffee grows in a place where altitude does the heavy lifting - so high that the air is thin, the soil is volcanic, and the days and nights rarely agree on temperature. 

Think deep red fruit you’d find on a winter table, a whisper of citrus zest, and a finish that feels almost tea-like - clean, precise, refreshing.

We stepped back on development to let the coffee show off its natural sparkle. Light, bright, and lifted - the sort of roast that reveals every layer rather than smoothing them out.

Each month, our Discovery Coffee features a unique Coffee of the Month — freshly roasted and bursting with flavour. It could be from a new origin, one of our trusted farm partners, or an experimental blend you’ve never tried before.

Here’s the twist: we don’t reveal where it’s from until you scan the QR code on the bag. We keep the origin a mystery to add an element of surprise, challenge preconceptions about coffee origins, and have a bit of fun creating the clues!

And there’s more to it than great coffee. Through our Discovery Coffee initiative, we’re proud to partner with Re-Cycle (Bikes to Africa), a charity that gives secondhand bikes new life in rural African communities. For every 28kg of coffee roasted, one bike plus spare parts is sent to Africa. We also donate 25p per 250g or £1 per 1kg bag sold to support their work — helping more people get to work, school, and essential services.
