Dan's Irish Coffee Recipe for St. Patrick's Day
Our founder Dan loves whiskey almost as much as he loves coffee.
We tasked him with putting together his ultimate Irish coffee recipe using our Americas House Espresso, that he says tastes like boozy sweet caramel...
Chimney Fire Irish Coffee 🍀
Ingredients:
250ml Americas House Espresso, filter brewed
50ml Irish Whiskey
40g Demerara Sugar
60ml Organic Double Cream
Method:
1. Brew your filter coffee with a cafetière or V60 (don't know how? Check out our other online brew guides).
2. Heat the whiskey and sugar together. Be sure to take in the aromas!
3. Add your brewed coffee and give it a stir.
4. Pour into fancy glass and top it up with double cream.
5. Taste and enjoy!
