how it all began
Chimney Fire Coffee was born out of a concoction of experimental roasting and a passion to create the ultimate sustainable, high-grade brew. A few years ago, a friend and coffee farmer sent us a batch of Kenyan coffee bean samples. At the time our only way to roast them was using a wood burner. The result: a fizzling chimney fire. Fortunately the fire naturally died down, but our love of coffee didn't, and neither did our determination to make the perfect brew.
Fast forward three years and our roasting experiments have evolved into the launch of Chimney Fire Coffee.
Chimney Fire Coffee aims to promote coffee as an experience, not just a commodity. We want to bring sustainable, high-grade coffees to our customers and explore exciting beans from lesser known origins.
